Try keeping an eye on the gun auction houses, like Holt's, Southam's, Wilson55, etc.
Bonham's to less of a degree these days, as they stopped their sporting gun sales last year, but do auction a few modern items along with their antique gun sales (which they continue to do).
A mate of mine has seen a couple of full H&H RR boot interiors, as well as the bespoke cases go through auction over the years, so they can and do turn up!
