Rear seat belt removal L405 2015

Hi all
Can anyone help?
I am trying to help my mate out, his rear seat belt was chewed, we have a new one, but cannot figure how to gain access to the fixings.
We guess that the upholstered panel next to the seat needs be removed, but cannot figure how to do it.
