Gearbox help

After my mechanic serviced gearbox of mine 4.4 2016 i started having gearbox fault P177A-07 and car goes in limp mode and would not go in reverse just revs without moving
I also get this error U0402-00-Invalid data received from TCM
anyone had similar problems before ?

Check the fluid level first.

If that's OK, find out what oil and filter were used. It must be 8HP compatible oil, and an OE filter.

mechanic checked level and is saying correct use of OE filter and Zf oil, probably will go for 2nd hand gearbox
My gearbox part number is CPLA-7000-AB ,do i have to find same code gearbox or can use any for 4.4 engine?
