I would think around £1000-1200 to get it fixed properly or i could try and bodge it.
Thing is i can't get it to a body shop to let them see it as it isn't legal so they would need to try and give a good estimate from the photos.

Get a firm quote and extent of works, some on here have paid over £2,000 per side...!! Pete

I just spoke to the garage that will tell me the full horrors and they don't think it is worth fixing, between this and other work that will need done.
I was quite disheartened talking to him, he simply doesn't see the point in fixing old cars like this.

I’d speak to another garage. Just because they don’t think it’s worth repairing … doesn’t mean it is not worth repairing.

Is it worth repairing … to you? If so… I’d find someone who shares your desire to get it back on the road for a few more years.

With these cars logic goes out the window.

I helped a friend of mine at the golf club get his 2007 L322 fixed with the above parts when his car failed its MOT, it did cost him £1500 for both sides, it is the labour and welding which is the problem, but his RR is two owner, full service history and only 120,000 miles, but he lives near the Essex coast and the salt on our roads has not helped !
