[L322]ZF 5HP24 Transmission failure ?

Hello,

I'm owning an 2003 L322.
I had issue with the torsen diff, so changed the full transfer box.

Now I'm stuck in two new issues.

-> changing from HI to Lo and opposite is ok (new TB motor mounted) but if I shut down the L322 with the Lo engaged, it never come back to life, I need to disconnect battery, manually place TB and servo to Hi position and then start again everything.
If any idea about this issue ...

-> Biggest issue, I was running safely last saturday (except the above issue but more doing offroading so Lo most of the time ..) but on Sunday suddenly the gearbox stop working ....
If I start from fresh, the 1st gear is not engaging then if I rev it a little bit when reaching around 1800 rpm it's like a big choc into the transmission (and a valve is changing at this exact moment seen with Icarsoft) then the transmission shift to 5th gear and say limp mode... during TB changing I tooked the time to change oil and filter for the GB, any idea about the origin of my issue ?
I can do this with Drive or Manual, I have the same effect ...

Thanks for your idea,

MrSam
