Hello,
this is Martin from Germany with a RR Vogue from 2018. I also had a blurred picture in my back camera.
I cleaned the back of my car carefully (not to scratch the paint in the process), then followed the instructions of this Youtube Video:
&t=216s
I then FIRST CHECKED the plug of the camera in my car. Because there are 4 different variants of the camera.
Then I ordered the right one specific for my car.
"JPLA-19H422-AB Surround Kamera Range Rover Evoque Discovery Sport LR098720"
The original part is something between 500 and 650€.
The one I ordered is from German Ebay, sold from China. 100€.
1 hr ago I exchanged it and it works now without any blurr or other problems. I did not break any plastics on my car. So I'm very happy...
The old camera is not dirty or the lens scratched. But it fell apart, because the aluminum was heavily corroded and the lens assembly fell of the camery assembly. The surface where both assemblies were glued together was corroded too; the glue did not stick anymore. See picture.

I guess that the distance between Camera and lens is not correct anymore, and this the reason why you cannot see things sharp.
One might be able to repair the old camera by cleaning the surfaces and renew the glue. However you need to know the rotation angle (I hope you understand my German English) so the camera is showing you the right section behind your car. This is because the lens is not in line(striaght) with the camera but has a certain angle to the axis. So you might need a second car to check the angle or - before disassembly anything - make a small scratch on the outside of the lens, then take a photo to be able to glue the lens in the original position afterwards.
The fallen off lens itself is held by the rubber sealing and cannot rotate. (BTW: the sealing is not sealing but holding the water which comes from behind. So the construction is just bullshit...
BTW: the rubber sealing/part is not part of the new lens. So do not damage the rubber and clean it carefully.
BTW: the camera is square, but in can only mounted in one position!
Have fun!
