coolant pressure problems

dear community.. I had been a happy owner of a L322.. did some maintanance and had a happy life.
last week I upgraded to a 2014 model 4.4 Diesel
240.000 km.. and runs fine.. but on the first trip on the autobahn going 180km.. so 110mls.. the low coolant came on..
after checking it turned out that only when I go faster than a 100mls the pressure keeps pushing coolant out through the cap!

now the question is; common problem?... I have a 140cap.. is this correct or does it need to be the 200 ?

whats your input on this.. again.. it only happens when I go that fast..

thnx in advance

Unfortunately it was not the cap.

I'm pretty bummed now..

Is this a common problem on a 4.4?

High pressure in the coolant when going fast?
How can I determine what the cause is?
EGR cooler leaking?

Thnx
