Can’t the Cat N be removed after an inspection, or is that a different Cat? Looks tidy and seems to have indeed all the options.

Looks lovely but I’m wondering why it’s classified a Cat N due to suspension damage? Surely an insurer wouldn’t get involved where the issue is mechanical failure rather than damage due to negligence?
