Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Loire Blue
Sat Nav

Hi, anyone used Navteq to upgrade their sat nav, apparently takes around 3 hrs to install through the USB in the centre cubby! Car needs to be left running for that time? Latest map is third part of 2019!
Cost is £99 plus shipping!

The question is, is it worth it???

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

I haven't bothered recently, but last time I did one, the car needs to be running but you can stop and start it and it picks up from where it left off.

These days I just use Waze on my phone - in a holder so I can see it - and find it much better. So IMHO, @99 its not worth it.

i paid £129 for 3 years of 'HERE' map updates via the landrover site.

the map includes live traffic info if you have a sim fitted.

each map update is 33gb and does take a while to download.

the map install takes around 15/20 minutes...

edit..should have read the first post properly Embarassed mines a 21MY FF... ... - .- -.
