Whats this pipe?

Asking for my brother who has a 2014 SDV8 - apparently its leaking.

Whats this pipe? Any one know the part number?

I compared the picture to my TDV8 and its a different layout so I couldnt advise him. The supplying dealer says the item is on back order but I am wondering if I can find the part number I can do some digging. He´s not well-versed in LR ownership and wouldn´t know where to look.

Radiator top hose 'A' - Part No. LR034643 (upto GA268055 chassis no. if yours is 2014 it will be chassis EA)

Got an idea that this is now non-available and has to be replaced with a new 3 piece set and thermostat housing from the later part number, worth removing it and just seeing if it needs a new o ring where it seals into the thermostat housing.
