Topix -anybody else not able to login?

I have the free subscription to Topix but went to login in today and getting an error

User access not possible, please contact the helpdesk for assistance.

Is anybody else able to login into Topix or maybe this is related to their ongoing IT issues? Whistle _______________________________________________

All I can say is the whole world, including Land Rover, are unable to access Topix... including my Indie, who has ground to a halt mid engine swap on my JLR product... And according to him there is over a weeks backlog of parts waiting to be dispatched, and it keeps growing by the minute Sad Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

My Fifty has been at a LR dealer in North Yorkshire for the past couple of days and chatting to the service and sales people yesterday the IT system issues are causing no end of problems.

They had customers collecting 75 plate cars on Monday and couldn't get the cars taxed and are turning away pre-booked repairs as they can't order parts.

They've been told 14 days before systems are back to normal Shocked Shocked 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

Parts catalogue is down
Dealer parts order system is down
Topix (and therefore diag) is down (apparently resolved today)
Dealers cannot register new cars
Factory cannot build cars

We've been selling parts back to our dealer this week though, which is nice Laughing

Unrelated, I’m sure:

“In 2023, as part of an effort to "accelerate digital transformation across its business", JLR signed a five-year, £800m deal with corporate stablemate Tata Consultancy Services to provide cybersecurity and a range of other IT services”.
