yellow/black rangie in Abingdon this morning?

Caught a glimpse of what I think was a modified Rangie in the BP off Vineyard in Abingdon this morning. Caught my eye because of the yellow/black wrap (?) and modifications like the rear mounted spare wheel... A glance over the shoulder and I could swear the number plate included the letters FAT, so perhaps a member here?

spotted it again today by chance... yellow (wrap?) with black bonnet and tailgate and a rear mounted spare... but it's Sport, so unlikely the owner is on here!
