Battery doesn’t hold charge. Can somebody advise why this wire is not connected. Has it just been forgotten to be connected, or more cynically would it mask a fault with the charging module?

I'd guess at it being the transit relay connector, which is removed at PDI by the supplying dealer. L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division.
