5L cooling tubes

My SV is using coolant about 1L in a 1000 miles.
No sign of any leaks so will use a leak detector dye.
Planning on changing all the plastic parts under the super charger for the aluminium parts.
Anyone on here done this?
63000 miles.

Replace them for aluminium parts where possible

Y-piece, top pipe, coolant crossover pipes at the rear, oil cooler

Is it worth doing the water pump and connecting tube and belts.
Supercharger coupler and oil change?

I'm slowly gathering parts for this. I have the genuine Y-piece and top pipe from the V8 Defender. Are the others available in aluminium from LR or are there only versions available from thrid parties? Suggestions from other forums are that the unofficial parts aren't particularly great fitting.

Be prepared for there to be more wrong as you strip down Laughing

My 5.0 Sport spat it's water pump. So new pump and joining piece (and seals and gaskets) ready for a Saturday morning
Belts off, and the supercharger coupler had a load of play in it. So supercharger off. The symposer was a Censored to navigate around, so that was swiftly binned, and blanked off

Then a new oil cooler, and rear coolant pipes while your in there
New coupler fitted and a smaller supercharger pulley, because it'd be rude not to Wink
Oil change in the supercharger too, because you may as well, while your in that far Rolling Eyes

Edit: wrong picture. That's just the symposer down the rear of the engine, and a single vacuum pipe (and a blanking plate not pictured) to remove the whole thing and make future maintenance much simpler

Well it’s very common apparently, and Land Rover have gone back to Aluminium.
Part numbers LR186859 upper crossover
LR186917 y pipe.
Just asking parts for availability.
