If it is a td6 I had similar problems with lack of indicator lights also had flickering dash lights I replaced LCM and clocks and it fixed it but unsure if any of that would tie in with air suspension but alot of these systems talk to eachother |

Perhaps try disconnecting the instrument cluster and see if you have any different codes |

When you changed the clocks. Did they need to be coded or was it just plug and play? |

I'm not sure as I had a friend do the work I think the clocks should be plug and play |

As mentioned above, I would be checking the LCM. they commonly suffer from water ingress issues and can cause many spurious faults. Happened on two occasions with my Td6 during my ownership. |
