looking for either full set (rails + bars) or just bars. anyone used a predator bar set at all?

Also looking to borrow or hire or buy a s large a roof box as poss.

I'm about to press the Go button for roof rails for a Panoramic roof model L405.
Did you try the Predator set in the end? There's so many available that are non OEM and quality seems to vary.
Anyone bought and can recommend any particular option to go for.

NO I didn't in the end. I was about to ask anyone who didn't want theirs and Haylands got in there just before me .

Ive now got a THULE bike/bag tow bar rack similar to Alistair's which takes a big bag.

Would love to have a silver roof rail set but LR prices are crazy! It's the finishers that are like rocking horse poo and expensive. - I could rent a 'follow me' car to carry everything at less cost!

I would be interested if anyone has experience of anything other than OEM, they are just daft money.

So any recommendations greatly received.

I have purchased (and am still awaiting delivery) of the ones mentioned elsewhere from Micks Garage and I wanted to warn you how frustrating they are to deal with.

I paid extra for express delivery because I need them in a hurry otherwise I will have to tow a small trailer for a 500 mile round trip and I'd rather not be limited to 60mph.

After ordering I received a message saying the delivery will take longer than expected because of their delivery partner. I have tried calling them to check on the delay but the website is not helpful or user friendly at all.

I wrote an email to ask what the delay was likely to be and received a holding response from a no-reply email address, and to add insult to injury I have just received an email saying there is likely to be a customs charge (extra cost unknown at this point).
