It's not compliant it's just an database error (are you on a private plate?). Euro 6 in Scotland and diesel V8 4.4's didn't get that until 2016. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

You must have the world’s only Euro 6 L322, then - well done.

Facts is facts - pay particular attention to the green box at the bottom. Mr. Green

It's fact / proof of a database error not of vehicle compliance. Try it with other area ULEZ checkers. It's also possible it has an exemption cert attached to the vehicle if it was previously used for 'official ' business in Scotland. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Jaygee,

you may well be correct, but this has lived down in the South west most of its life and I don't know of any exemption. it is a pass for all UK ULEZ zones, Bristol, Birmingham etc. Not London obviously!

Might add an extra few thou onto the re-sale price! Whistle Mr. Green

I am not sure about that. I'd be going nowhere near most on that list Smile 2012 Vogue TDV8 in Aintree green over sand

I've just checked my 2011 TDV8 on the same checkers and it has passed for all of them. Has anyone driven a 2011 model in any of the zones? did you have to pay? If I lived anywhere near a zone I would try it out.
Just checked a few random numbers from autotrader adverts and it does look like 2011 reg cars are exempt but 2010 & 2012 cars aren't.
I can't see how you would be detected even if it was a database error and surely you've got a strong defence to appeal the charge.
Database error or not I've decided that my car is exempt Laughing
