L405 restricted performance light on.

Hi chaps. I have a 4.4V8 I've just returned from a long journey, towards the end of it I kicked down at 50mph and the restricted performance red triangle and yellow engine management light are both on now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It could be any number of things. Ideally you need a code reader that plugs into the ODB port. That will hopefully give you the details of that's causing the issue.

I use an Autel AP200 which does everything I need - others are available.
