They very obviously aren’t exempt, it’s a mistake (which will likely be corrected at some point).

The LEZ rules require diesels to comply with Euro 6 emissions standards - which no L322 does.

I don’t doubt that, perhaps I should have said “effectively” exempt as it seems we can use them without paying.
