South Africa 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Fuji White
Bovee and Bananas

Hoping to find some tips because the Bovee is driving me bananas.

Lately with every start up the music starts playing from my all songs list from A. It does not continue from the previous playlist, it starts with that one song every time. Did not use to do this.

Using... iPhone 12, Apple Music, Bovee 1000, and off course an L322 2011 TDV8.

Any tips for setting is up will be helpful Very Happy Big Cry 2011 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

I realise my mistake of posting this to maintenance and mods rather than in car electronics, Ill leave to the mods to repost there? 2011 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

I've got a Invery bluetooth streaming adapter in mine that does exactly the same thing.

It's irritating to say the least!

Hi, it's not the Bovey or the Invery, they are mearly interfaces, the music doesn't reside on them. It's because the phone resets to track zero when you close and reopen the app.

So far I've learned not to close the app on the phone when I leave the car.

Doesn't reset when you use a memory stick so I've got tons of music on a 128gb stick in the USB slot, rarely use the phone nowadays, mainly my kids streaming Spotify through the Invery.

My Invery does it even when you don't close the Music app on the phone.

When I get in my other cars with built in Audio Streaming they pick up where it left off. Going back to the start only seems to be an issue in the L322.

I wonder if it's maybe something to do with the software in the head unit rather than the interface.

What annoys me is if you skip songs too quickly, it goes back to the previous song.

I don't have the issue with playlists, I use a shortcut on my Samsung to start playing a spotify playlist on random when it connects to the Invery. Not sure whether you can do that on an Apple?

The sound quality is pants though.
