Steering pulsing for 1 second

My MY21 D350 that I've owned for about 6 months and has done 62K Kms often has a burst of about 5 little pulses at the steering wheel that last about 1 second in total only when first turning slightly left on a sweeping bend at 100 kph, not occurring at any other time. I consider that the pulses occur much more frequently than wheel rotations and the pulse is very light, unlike any wheel balance issues that I've had with previous vehicles.
I'm wondering if there is an issue with the electric steering. L405 D350 SE Carpathian Grey D5 19" rims

Thanks, but not that as lane departure is disabled and it occurs even when no road markings exist.

The tranfer case needs an oil change then recalibration as significant thumps sometimes occur when turning slower speed corners and roundabouts, but this pulsing doesn't occur in conjunction with the rear thumping which doesn't occur at higher speed anyway. L405 D350 SE Carpathian Grey D5 19" rims

I'm hoping that it was a wheel balance issue. I removed the left wheel to fit the new spare and found a thin layer of dirt embedded with small gravel. It might be a few days before I know if the pulsing has gone. L405 D350 SE Carpathian Grey D5 19" rims
