Video and Audio pixeling 2007 RR L322

DVD player was NW replaced it with new old stock and works ok.

Only problem I have now is the frequently pixeling of both the Tv and DVD video. Can tune, change channel watch tv or watch change dvd no all functionality is ok, just pixeling picture needs fixing. Any suggestions? 07 L322 Vogue SE
