L322 5.0 SC 2010

Had this fault code coming up intermitently, EML would come up and then it became permanent. I had no running issues whatsoever just this eml light.

Replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor to no avail and then decided it was time to replace the 2 fuel pumps on the side of the block.

Ordered the fuel pumps but didn't have time to fit them. In the meantime when the weather went cold my battery died randomly, replaced the battery and noticed the fault code had gone? It has been about a month now and 1000 or so miles and the fault code hasn't returned!

So anyone in the future with this fault code check your battery first!
