unstable acceleration problem

Hello, I have my 2009 RR Vogue 3.8 TDV8 that has a problem when I accelerate. When I accelerate gently between 1,000 rpm and 2,000 rpm it goes up unevenly. The needle goes up and down continuously. Little by little the rpm goes up but jerkily. I did an OBD scan and it showed a fault in the accelerator pedal (which I repeated the scan later and it didn't come up this time) and the fault P2300 (00) ignition coil A, primary circuit - circuit low. I don't know if this last one has something to do with it too. Any help would be very useful !!!!! 🥹

The upper intercooler hoses are new, as are the lower ones, and they are all reinforced silicone.

I just watched a video of an LR Discovery 3 with the same gearbox as mine, the ZF6HP, and it turns out the torque converter is faulty. 😩 I'll have to get a quote for the rebuild because a new one costs €2,000. 😔
