Unless you have an odd colour combination I would reccomend buying replacement rear seats off eBay or something as the cheapest & easiest way to go about this... |

Rather than making something from scratch, could you salvage the door/hatch and ski bag from an old BMW such as a 5 series? |

it was actually an option though and it would appear to be quite a straight forward thing to do if you know what you were doing, not a diy job of course.... |

Roof rack/sports bars with ski carrier. They regularly come up on the bay for around £30 |

I have this option fitted to mine.The carpet covering on the flap rear in the boot space keeps falling off and its getting to be a right pain ! |

dont suppose you guys who have the option on their RR's could post some pics so i can have a look at it, to see how it could be done, show to a trimmer etc....
