Russia 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Baltic Blue

Hello!
I have this whining sound when AC is on.
When I turn off this button with the snowflake it stays.
It only go away, when I turn the variator of flow control to zero.

Should it be fixed with AC compressor change? Or AC is only working when this snowflake button is on? And my noise is made with other ventilation stuff?

Please help me!
