Found a couple on a USB stick and tried posting them but they didn't load right and caused a blimp on my PC so deleted them will maybe try again later on

Had a year-old A8 4.0TDi for about 9 months a few years ago, after having a JE tuned and upgraded Defender Td5 for 100,000 miles.

The Audi was quick (fastest diesel saloon available at the time), economical, comfortable, discreet, fully-equipped: everything you might want in a car. But, god, it was dull...

Reliable too, except you had to keep an eye on the alignment and tyre wear, as otherwise you would soon have 6mm of tread on the outside and wire on the inside edge... And that's despite never being kerbed or bashed.

Changed to a D3, then to TDV8 FFRR. Can't imagine going nearer the ground again for a daily-driver.
