Telephone preparation?

On my car a 2003 53 Range Rover Vogue it says the car comes as standard with Telephone preparation, it has a pic of a phone on the sat nav controls & the R/T button on the wheel but how do you use the phone? Do they have Bluetooth?

Thanks for any help

I may be wrong on this, but I believe 'pre touch screen' doesn't have blue tooth, and the phone needs to be plugged into the holder inside the armrest.

I think if you use the search option, there is lots of info .. Wink

It doesn't have bluetooth ex-factory - but it's easy to add using BMW components if it has the phone prep.

3 levels of 'phone' available on the 02-04 RR: nothing, prep (wiring), and BitII phone (in armrest - this needed to be plugged in to speak)

See this thread for more info.

And use the search function for even more.
