trick is to put ''pixels'' with the quotation marks and this focusses on that word.. ... - .- -.

Get the upgraded white leds well your at it! I am very happy I opted for that at the same time my pixels were fixed. Depending on where you are in Surrey there is a guy in Southampton who will do it well you wait at his workshop.

As Scarey has said, all the info is on here, or PM me if you want his details and cant find them on here. Reformed

How have your pixels turned out? Have they started to fail yet? Heard of a few people who have had them fixed but only lasted a short time. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

you have to renew the old ribbon cable(humidity and heat crinkled the old plastic foil ) with a newer better one...that's all, but therefor you have to build out the half dashboard Shocked

all other repairs will add a tape at the top of the ribbon cable to give more pressure.... XJC, RRV8, Series1 86 and 107% of real pleasure

I did mine myself and it was the most nerve racking experience drilling a tiny hole so that you can get to the screws in the cluster! It was worth it though beause i saved £110 for something else for the rover. Mine turned out perfect and it only cost £25ish for the ribbon fom AKSpeedo ( google them), the ribbon comes with all instructions on how to do it. With patience and a steady hand it is relatively easy to do.

I had mine repaired by Rudi about 4 years ago, but over past year parts of screen are starting to go again Mad

If I get round to painting my plastics in my car, the I should look into this again, I wonder if takingh it apert and spraying contact cleaner may do the job.
