nav keeps restarting

hi all, got a little prob with my mk4 dvd nav unit, i have upgraded it to v3.2 but the logo was at the wrong resolution, so i had to down grade to v3.1 and then back to v3.2 with the new disc and logo, but again the logo was to high....but now the nav unit seems to keep restarting its self.
