M5 Multiple Crash

Anyone seeing this on the news. Looks like a scene out of a film. Lorries in flames, both side of motorway closed. Fatalities expect. Sad news. Thoughts go out to all involved. FFRR TD6 HSE

Never seen anything like this, especially down this neck of the woods. M5 tends to be quieter than other motorways so accidents aren't that common. FFRR TD6 HSE

This kind of thing was "almost" commonplace in the sixties & seventies, cars and brakes were crap, no rear fog lights, and fog seemed to bring out the worst in people. 60 car pileups. "Motorway Madness" it was known as...

Awful. Graham
