Richer Sounds, and their prices, are pretty good, but if you're going in, be aware that they WILL try and upsell you, whether it's a stand, speakers, cinema or insurance, but they always do it (and it naffs me off!).

The one thing to note is if you can get a smart tv - internet enabled - then do so. I have a My Book network storage under the stairs and can now stream wirelessly to it, great stuff, saves having extra equipment in the living room.

Having now bought the Sony BDV EF200, I tried setting it up last night, no HDMI cables or Wireless LAN connector supplied.... I've ordered some well specced HDMI cables, but was wondering whether I need to order a Sony Wireless LAN connector at £50+ or will any wireless dongle suffice....? Any recommendations..... TIA....

HDMI transports digital data only, this is then encoded by the tv. Think of it like this, you don't get a better quality of print on your printer by having a £50 cable connecting it to your computer do you?
