WIGGS - BLUETOOTH QUESTION

Hello all,
Relatively new member who has been lurking for a while but finally bitten bullet and have New FFRR arriving Monday! Very Happy
I was interested reading a while ago about a Bluetooth upgrade, available from a member called Wiggs, all seem very pleased witht he results.
My questions are, what does this upgrade do that standard module doesn't? I have a 2012MY arriving, would this also need the upgrade or is it for older Model years?
Lastly, my wife has a 2007 RRS, does the module also work in this? I know she has lots of problems with phone not always connecting and no contacts transferring over?

Many thanks in advance , and looking forward to ownership.

You won't need the upgrade for a 2012 car but the 07 would benefit. It requires the removal and sending off of the unit for Wiggs to do his magic. Lots of info on here about it.

The main benefits is that the latest phones will work and the phone book correctly syncs with the car.
