Audio problems help!

Had a flat battery the other day, managed to get the vehicle jump started, however the Audio system is not working! The SatNav is ok & all the other functions work fine but the Radio/CD/Tv function just keeps flashin on & off! Replaced the battery today (With original from Land Rover) but the same thing keeps happening. Its also lost the radio stations & cant seem to find CD's which are in the cartridge!

Its a 2005 td6 with touch screen.

Any help guys as this is now driving me mad!
