United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Java Black

I've recently bought a 2007 Vogue SE and can't get my front parking sensors to work at all. I've tried pressing the button, this illumintates the switch, whilst moving towards an object and nothing happens. My rear ones come on automatically, together with the camera, when I select reverse.

Has anyone else sufffered this and does anyone know how to fix it?

firstly see if they make a click noise when activated to see if each sensor works...
