My vote's for Edradour, a wee distillery near pitlochry. Not easy to find but is well rounded and smooth.

I love peaty tasting single malts....you cant beat Laphroaig Quater Cask or Ardbeg.

Always enjoyed a tipple of Old Pultney or Oban, both are pretty mild compared to the peaty whiskys 56 TDV8 Vogue SE
