Yes done them now, used a 6point impact socket and a 16in 1/2in torque wrench and 28in 1/2in breaker bar.

On the WIKI vidio it states 48ftlb but misses out the further 90deg turn, that was where I was getting confused.

Ok Ta found it now, its 2 stage 48ftlb and then 90deg, I thought it was a bit loose.
