A software update fixed mine, and it has been fine since.
A possible knock-on effect of the headlight cooling fan was that OTA software updates didn't work until this was fixed. I think it was down ... |

Is the fan noise coming from anywhere near the front headlights?
I had a problem with mine not turning off. It was fixed with a software update by LR Assist. |
