I used some clip leads to connect what I thought would be the minimum to the ECU and reconnected the battery.
Can bus, diagnostic port, high/low switch (difficult to not connect this), ... |

mackempete, to clarify is that 108k kms or miles? Quite a difference.
Thanks all, I'm actually due for tyres very soon, particularly front ones so maybe I will prioritise that for a start. |
