Only SMD 3.5 LED, soldering iron and patience.
You need to replace the LEDs on PCBs so, LED colour at your choice  |

You need to remove a lot of trim.
Gloveboxes, dashboard top panel, doors card, etc.
you need a lot of patience and courage 
Be very very carefull removing the instrument indicators.

did a few weeks ago, just in time before the Covid lock down 
Pics doesn't shown exactly the final result. Dimmer function still works so, the new lighting is not annoying while driving.
