Hi Thanks for the prompt response.
Is there a procedure for removing and replacing the tensioner and is possible it be carried out with the AC still in place? |

Hi Thanks for the response, The Tensioner is the bottom one, No 2
The rubber outer seal on the tensioner shaft had been split! So time to replace the whole unit I guess. |

L322 TD6 AC Belt automatic tensioner is seized, Belt is slipping, Pulley is free to rotate but tensioner will not move seized.
Is there a tensioner replacement procedure available? |
