Thanks for the replies.
There's nothing when stationary and if I select neutral at 30-40mph then the noise goes away. It's only when the throttle is applied between these speeds (nearer to 40mph). ... |

Yes, it's been absolutely fine. No white smoke, no lumpiness, no juddering at idle. It's definitely running a lot better now

I don't think blanking the EGR is an easy option on the TDV8. I've seen a company offering a software blanking solution (i.e. permanently shutting them) but I don't know how effective this is.
