You'll see on a pic of the rear that it's all there and should have a square plug covering the receiver .
You'll need a tow bar and wiring kit if it's not in the plastic case inside the car .

Iirc the 4.6 x5 used the alpina engine .
Good for around 350bhp .
When I was looking to buy my sc I came across a 4.4 in San Diego that had an m5 transplant . 5.0 and good for 400 |

Do a search for bow x5 turbo kits .
Don't forget the KIT or you'll get ads for the new x5 turbo
