You need to clean the fbh out I had the same noise on mine before it broke at Xmas

Its a build of despots on the glow plug stopping it from staring quickly,

Almost certainly the FBH.

I stand to be corrected but I believe all L322 diesels have one fitted.

Mine does the same sometimes.
