| You have tried resetting engine adaptations? It made a huge difference to my S/C when the box was doing strange things. |

You also don't have that much time before the oil temperature moves out of range (may be better with the diesel, but the temperature rises quickly with the supercharged).

| My threads were all perfect & had zero problems removing or replacing the bolts. Of course condition will vary with usage/environment. They will probably be OK. |

If manual works (at higher pressure), then it may point toward solenoids or even the bridge seal I guess. You will be changing the bridge seal if the mechatronic comes off anyway I hope.

Try first resetting ENGINE adaptations (NOT gearbox adaptations) with the IID tool. Let the car re-learn and see how it goes.

| I had an 020 AGM in (Varta H15), that failed within 12 months. This is in a 2007 SC. If you go AGM make sure you can return it locally. |
