Hi Adara,
Yes, as I mentioned in the original post, I have seen this video when changed the knob but it doesn't show you how to remove the top trim from the armrest.  |

Yes, heard the jack isn't the best in the world. You also have to have six foot long arms to reach the jack in the boot, even with the lower tailgate raised, it's a bit of a fight.  |
