Not sure what’s in the picture…but why not add 0.5L and then re-check level ?
It’s easier to add to these engines rather than remove if you don’t have a vacuum pump |

It’s not just the engine oil that needs to warm up…
But also transfer box and transmission oil |

One benefit of doing it yourself is you put the “right” amount of oil back in to your preference
On the 4.4, service fluid replacement is 9.5 litres
This may lead to “overfill” indicated

Max power is at 4000 rpm
Max torque 3000 rpm
Between 3-4000 rpm, the engine is incredible
You can use this car without exceeding 2000 rpm, as there is so much torque available from 1500rpm

I used a 500ml syringe..with a 15cm tube diameter 5mm to insert into the holes

On the FullFat…are you sure there are 4 drain holes?
The front 2 were easy access…no blockage…
And easy to see / feel when sun roof is back
I can’t see the rears
And cannot get ... |

Actually I think it is not a split…it’s just the join of the edging !
But was peeling back….
