All, crisis averted, it turned out to be a low battery. Car started first try this morning and I’ve taken it for a test drive.

Hi JayGee, the battery seems good. Everything powers up and works. It’s only a few months old.

P.S…… I’ve put it on charge just in case ( Always do the simplest thing first ).

Thanks @Diesel-Dave. Is the green tube a protective sheaf or is that the whole thing ? It seems so flimsy that I wonder if there is a electrical wire inside the PVC tube.
