I have just replaced the pre cat O2 sensor on bank 1. I know for sure the sensor was faulty as I swapped it from Bank 2 and the fault followed.

I cant answer your question, but I have been monitoring mine. Driving its between 78 and 90, usually 85 ish.
I havent been in any traffic to see if it gets hotter when sitting. |

Thanks. It seems to have settled now, not topped it up after the last 2 drives which were an hour or so long, so hopefully thats one issue fixed.

Am I right in thinking that bank 2 sensor 1 is the pre cat O2 sensor on the right if you are facing the front of the car?
That is, the passenger side for a right hand drive car? |
