its a cracking colour but its not montalcino red, is it ruffina red ? thats listed as a £6k option on an AB
build spec would confirm

I had same problem with mine when picked up 3 weeks ago
apparently they disable the drivers door in transit - there is a plug & socket in the rear by the spare wheel that needs plugging together ...

last car was a 2011 l322 4.4 tdv8 which had miles more power than I would ever use & it was a vast improvement over the 3.6 tdv8
never tried the l405 sdv8 though, test drove a couple of l405's ...
